These delightful little bears are handmade in Cath Kidston vintage rose fabric which is 100% cotton.

They are 35cm (ish) from top of head to heel. Each bear is carefully handmade on a sewing machine, stuffed by hand and then finished with hand embroidery. The ribbon, which is also cotton, is detachable.
